Job Description
Join Osynix Group as a Customer Support Representative in DHA Phase 5, C Block, Lahore. We are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of relevant experience in the Call Center/BPO industry.
This full-time position requires fluency in English with a neutral or US accent and the ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones. The salary range is PKR 90,00 – PKR 120,00, plus benefits.
Key responsibilities include providing real-time voice and chat support, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and meeting performance metrics. A Bachelor’s degree is required.
