Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive for ASK Development Limited, a well-reputed telecom company.
Hiring Criteria:
- Minimum graduate from a reputable university.
- Fluency in English and Urdu (neutral dialect).
- Must reside in Rawalpindi.
- Preferably 6 months to 2 years of experience in a UK-based call center.
- Salary: Rs45,00 (plus performance-based incentives).
- Rotational monthly shifts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to customer calls.
- Provide online support for our services.
- Follow up with the Operations team for issues exceeding 48 hours.
- Create and manage Network Trouble Tickets.
