Job Description
Amanah Mall is seeking a Senior Manager – Project Sales to lead our sales efforts, drive project revenue, and manage client relationships for our apartment projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Build relationships with buyers, brokers, and investors.
- Manage and guide a team of sales executives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate on promotional strategies.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Negotiate terms and monitor sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of project sales experience.
- Proven sales record and strong knowledge of the property market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
