Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic interns from the College of Tourism & Hotel Management (COTHM) for various kitchen sections, including Pakistani cuisine, cold kitchen, sushi, fry section, bakery, and Chinese.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining accurate records of kitchen operations.
- Managing supplies and inventory levels.
- Supervising production staff.
- Conducting research to develop original recipes.
- Understanding meat washing and frying techniques.
- Grasping marination and storage practices.
This is a 3-month internship. Outstanding performers may be offered permanent positions.
Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Pay: Rs 20,00.00 – Rs 25,00.00 per month
