Job Description
Kruddson is seeking a motivated Industrial & Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This full-time position focuses on enhancing our Make-to-Order (MTO) operations. Key responsibilities include analyzing production processes, developing time standards, and maintaining documentation. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of custom orders and design layout improvements to enhance flexibility.
We’re looking for someone who can drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies while monitoring KPIs related to productivity and quality. Your efforts will support our capacity planning and ensure compliance with safety standards.
