Job Description
Topaz Group of Companies is seeking a Human Resources and Administration Manager to collaborate with the CEO and COO in strategic HR planning. This role involves overseeing hiring and training procedures, developing job descriptions, and addressing employee relations issues. Additionally, the manager will coordinate payroll with the Finance Manager, maintain accurate HR data, and manage administrative functions to ensure a safe working environment.
The ideal candidate will promote employee engagement, manage compensation and benefits programs, and ensure compliance with labor laws. We offer a full-time position with a salary range of Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month. This position is in-person.
