Job Description
ASK Development, a leading telecom company, is seeking a Live Chat Officer. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through live chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information on products, services, and pricing.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers.
- Escalate complex queries appropriately and maintain records.
- Meet daily KPIs, and assist in upselling and cross-selling.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 1 year of live chat experience. Location: Islamabad or Rawalpindi.

Pay: Rs37,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
