Job Description
Nutrifactor Laboratories (Pvt) Limited is seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Manager Maintenance and Safety. This role requires a proactive leader to ensure the smooth functioning of all technical systems, enforce safety standards, and promote operational excellence through structured training and compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or B.Tech Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational, FMCG or pharmaceutical company
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Oversee machinery, electrical panels, and HVAC systems maintenance
- Manage logs for safety audits and maintenance schedules
- Design safety education programs for staff
