Job Description
Transmute Group is seeking a smart and reliable Personal Assistant & HR Coordinator to provide vital support to our senior leadership team. This full-time role includes managing calendars and emails, assisting with recruitment efforts, onboarding new hires, and overseeing daily operational tasks. The ideal candidate will take the initiative in their work, manage confidential information responsibly, and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and punctually.
