Job Description
SMB SERVICES is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our HR team. In this role, you will manage client coordination, oversee HR operations, and support the recruitment process as needed. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily HR activities such as onboarding, payroll, and employee records.
- Support recruitment efforts by coordinating with the Talent Acquisition team.
- Act as the primary contact for clients regarding HR services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 2-4 years of HR experience with a focus on client handling.
Job Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM (Monday to Friday).
Job Type: Full-time.
Work Location: In person.
