Job Description
The ZMT Primary Healthcare Network is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Officer to manage the entire employment lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, addressing employee concerns, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing training programs.
Key qualifications: excellent interpersonal skills, experience with HR software, and at least 3 years in a similar role, preferably in healthcare. A minimum graduate degree is required, with a master’s preferred.
This full-time position offers a salary range of Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month. Candidates must be willing to commute or relocate to Karachi.
