Job Description
Carlcare Service Pvt Ltd, a well-reputed mobile firm, is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in handling customer inquiries effectively. You will be responsible for meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintaining accurate reports to ensure efficient service delivery.
Proficiency in MS Office is required. Please note that freshers are not required for this position. We offer an attractive salary package ranging from Rs38,00.00 to Rs43,00.00 per month, along with benefits in compliance with the law.
