Job Description
Sybrid Pvt Ltd, part of The Lakson Group of Companies, is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Trainee. This role involves troubleshooting internet connectivity issues, maintaining network infrastructure, and providing top-tier technical assistance to residential and business customers.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to support tickets, diagnose connectivity issues, guide customers through hardware setup, monitor network performance, and assist in infrastructure deployment.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and excellent communication skills.
Job Type: Internship | Pay: Rs32,00.00 – Rs37,00.00 per month | Work Location: In person
