Job Description
Join our team at Dewan Motors BMW as a Customer Relation Officer! In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, managing relationships before, during, and after sales or services. Your responsibilities include following up on customer satisfaction, handling queries and complaints, assisting with test drives, and providing updates on service status and promotions.
We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. A degree in Business or Communication is preferred, and prior experience is a plus but not required.
This is a full-time position located in-person at our dealership.
