Job Description
Trans Global Services is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Appointment Scheduler for a U.S.-based project. The successful candidate will contact leads, confirm their availability, and schedule appointments for our sales and service teams. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and professionalism, with the ability to work during U.S. time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to schedule appointments with prospects.
- Respond to inbound inquiries through various channels.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in scheduling or similar roles.
