We are seeking a Senior IT Executive to manage our IT infrastructure, provide software and ERP support, and ensure cybersecurity compliance. Responsibilities include:
- Installing and maintaining hardware and software.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting network issues.
- Providing technical support for dairy-specific software.
- Maintaining databases and generating MIS reports.
- Conducting training sessions for employees.
- Implementing cybersecurity protocols.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in IT support within an FMCG environment is required.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
