Hiring Solutions is seeking a dedicated Senior HR Operational Manager to oversee payroll processing and employee records management. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of specialized HR Operations experience, focusing on payroll, file management, and exit formalities.
Key responsibilities include managing accurate payroll processing, overseeing personal files, and leading exit management, including documentation and settlements.
Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or related field, strong HRMS and labor regulations knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
