Career Opportunity – GM Production
Location: 13-KM Sheikhupura Road, Lahore
Position Title: General Manager – Production
Salary Range: PKR 200,00 – 300,00/month
We are looking for a highly competent and performance-oriented GM Production to lead and manage production operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership qualities, technical expertise, and a focus on continuous improvement.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s & Master degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in a production leadership role
- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production activities and ensure targets are met
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments for smooth workflow
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity
