Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Monitoring, Accountability, Evaluation and Learning (MEAL) Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of MEAL strategies to enhance program effectiveness and accountability.

The MEAL Manager will be responsible for designing monitoring frameworks, conducting evaluations, and ensuring data quality. You will also facilitate learning sessions to improve project outcomes and stakeholder engagement.

Ideal candidates should have a background in international development, strong analytical skills, and experience in monitoring and evaluation methodologies. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.
