Job Description
Link HR Consultants is seeking a dedicated Senior HR Executive to join our team. In this role, you will assist in recruitment processes, maintain employee records, support employee engagement, and coordinate training activities. You will handle attendance and payroll coordination, resolve employee grievances, and prepare HR reports while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 1–3 years of HR experience (hospital experience preferred). Strong knowledge of labor laws and excellent communication skills are essential.
