Job Description
Webbuggs is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our rapidly expanding logistics support team. This role is crucial for our U.S.-based trucking and dispatch operations, offering great potential for professional growth and earnings in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls.
- Deliver customized sales pitches.
- Respond to inbound inquiries.
- Maintain a sales pipeline using CRM.
- Collaborate for seamless client onboarding.
Requirements:
- Education: O/A Levels, FA/FSc or higher.
- Fluent in English (North American tone preferred).
- Experience in trucking, dispatch, or sales preferred, but fresh candidates are welcome.
