Job Description
In this role, you will lead our customer support team to ensure efficient resolutions of customer queries. Responsibilities include monitoring service standards, coordinating with internal departments, and managing order-related communications, returns, complaints, and escalations. You will also maintain reporting on service KPIs and coach team members to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, 1-2 years in customer service or supervisory role, preferably in E-Commerce. Excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools are required.
Location: Gajju Matah, Lahore. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: Rs60,00.00 – Rs75,00.00 per month.
