Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive for ASK Development Pvt Limited, a well-reputed telecom company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls with a positive and professional attitude.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns by providing accurate information.
- Process customer orders, verify details, and handle payments.
- Manage customer accounts, updating information as necessary.
Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month, with performance-based incentives.
Requirements: Minimum graduation and 6 months of experience in CSR.
