Job Description
Virtesys is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator specializing in paperwork review and quality assurance for our U.S.-based facilities services clients.
Education: Graduate / Intermediate / A-Levels. Good English communication skills are a must.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and verifying project-related paperwork
- Conducting quality checks on submitted documents
- Ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance in reports
- Communicating effectively with internal teams and clients
Requirements:
- 1+ year of project management experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with previous quality assurance experience (a plus)
Location: PECHS, Karachi. Night Shift: 6 PM to 3 AM.
