Job Description
Sky Globe Consultancy is seeking a well-presented, confident, and efficient Female Front Desk Officer to represent our organization. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, playing a crucial role in maintaining a professional image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors courteously
- Professionally handle incoming calls
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Manage appointment schedules
- Handle correspondence and emails
- Maintain visitor logs and issue passes
- Support administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Customer service experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
