Job Description
Meezan Bank is seeking a qualified Executive Secretary to join our Corporate, Commercial & Investment Banking Group at our Head Office in Karachi.
Eligibility:
Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized institute/university.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position directly assisting senior executives.
Skills Required: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, strong organizational skills, proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to interact effectively with senior executives.
Responsibilities: Manage the executive’s calendar, screen phone calls, prepare documents, handle administrative tasks, maintain organized records, and coordinate meetings and events.
