Job Description

UMER AND SONS is seeking a dedicated and professional Client Support Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for listening to clients’ complaints, creating Job Orders in ERP, and coordinating with departments to resolve inquiries promptly. You will provide accurate information about our services, prepare formal email responses, and handle all inbound communications.
