Job Description
PakWheels is seeking a responsible and well-mannered Store Associate/Cashier to manage operations at our Car Oil Change Service Center in Lahore. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and a customer-friendly attitude.
Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers, generate accurate bills, process payments, maintain cash records, manage service appointments, collaborate with the service team, promote offers, ensure a clean reception area, and handle customer complaints.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business (preferred), 2–3 years of front desk or customer service experience, proficiency in MS Excel and billing software, and strong communication skills.
