Job Description
Join our team at Servixer as a motivated and client-oriented Customer Support Officer! This is a full-time, night shift position based in the USA, with 100% onsite work at our office located in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi.
Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries, collect information, update communications, follow up for satisfaction, and assist with administrative tasks.
Requirements: Strong English communication skills, ability to multitask, prior customer service experience preferred, proactive mindset, and a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
