Job Description
Mclean Intelligent Workforce is seeking a dynamic Team Lead for our Business Development department. In this role, you will lead, mentor, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives. Your key responsibilities will include developing strategic sales plans, monitoring team performance, optimizing sales tactics, and hiring new team members.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Marketing, with 4+ years of inside sales experience and at least 2 years in a leadership position. A proven track record in meeting sales targets and strong leadership skills are essential.
