Job Description
Job Summary:
Swift Facility Management Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs). The ideal candidate will work closely with project and procurement teams for accurate cost estimation and effective tender submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed BOQs from project drawings and specifications.
- Review tender documents for project requirements.
- Perform quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and pricing.
- Coordinate with engineering teams for technical clarifications.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field, 1–3 years of experience, AutoCAD and MS Excel proficiency, strong communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
