Job Description
Zolara Global Tech (Private) Limited is seeking experienced and motivated Cold Calling Agents to conduct outbound calls for sales campaigns targeted at the US and Canadian markets. In this performance-driven role, you will initiate contact, engage prospects, and qualify leads over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to potential customers
- Confidently pitch products and handle objections
- Generate interest and qualify leads
- Maintain detailed logs in our CRM
- Achieve daily and weekly targets
Requirements:
- 1+ year of cold calling experience
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to handle rejections
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Goal-oriented with excellent time management
