Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Branch Manager for our retail location in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage staff performance, and maintain inventory levels. Key responsibilities include budgeting, financial planning, and implementing promotional activities.
Qualifications include strong management and leadership skills, exceptional customer service and communication abilities, financial planning expertise, and prior experience in retail operations. A minimum of 1 to 4 years of experience is preferred, along with knowledge of ultra fresh, grocery, and food/non-food items.
Salary: Rs110,00.00 – Rs180,00.00 per month.
