Job Description
Barqtron Engineering Solutions is seeking a skilled Document Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the Document Control Register (DCR), registering, tracking, and distributing incoming and outgoing documents including drawings, submittals, correspondences, and reports. You will ensure that all documents are accurately filed, version-controlled, and accessible to authorized personnel.
Your role will include generating periodic reports on document status, conducting regular audits of the document control system, and ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive project documentation.
