As a Call Center Compliance Officer, you will ensure that our operations adhere to legal standards during night shifts. Your role will include designing compliance policies, risk mitigation through monitoring and audits, and conducting PCI DSS/GDPR compliance audits.
Requirements: 1-2 years of call center compliance experience, knowledge of BPO regulatory frameworks, strong analytical and communication skills, and availability for night shifts.
