Job Description
Your Cloud Campus is seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to oversee our full cycle recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to conducting interviews and evaluations. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates online, updating job advertisements, and conducting background checks.
Responsibilities:
- Design and update job descriptions
- Source candidates from platforms like social media and professional websites
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews
- Advertise job openings and provide shortlisted candidates to hiring managers
