Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Officer to ensure our products/services meet the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will develop and execute testing protocols, identify issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain QA testing procedures.
- Conduct manual and automated testing.
- Identify and document bugs using tracking tools.
Qualifications:
- Experience in quality assurance/testing.
- Familiarity with QA tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
