Job Description
The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is seeking a Global Support Manager to provide comprehensive administrative and office management support to the Senior Program Manager and GM Donor Journey Services. The ideal candidate will facilitate effective communication with team members and country partners while supporting global fundraising initiatives.
Key responsibilities include maintaining relationships with Country Partners, ensuring timely fund requests and recordings, improving team communication standards, and managing donor-related queries. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office, with a preference for those with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
