Job Description
As an Executive Assistant at MILELE MOTORS FZE, you will provide essential administrative, operational, and coordination support to the Operations Manager and the team. Your key responsibilities will include assisting with daily tasks, coordinating schedules and communications, managing documentation, and conducting regular follow-ups with stakeholders. We seek a candidate with strong organizational and time management skills, effective communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, alongside prior experience in similar roles.
