Job Description
Faisal Movers Express (FMX) is seeking a motivated and responsible Retail Sales Executive to oversee daily operations at our cargo terminal located in Taj Complex, Malir, Sohrabgoth. The ideal candidate will engage with walk-in customers, book and dispatch shipments through our system, and ensure efficient cargo sales and dispatch services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers at the cargo sales counter.
- Provide guidance on services, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Accurately book shipments and issue necessary documentation.
- Coordinate with dispatch and warehouse staff.
- Address customer complaints and maintain sales targets.
Requirements: Minimum Intermediate or Graduation; 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred; strong communication skills; basic computer knowledge.
