Job Description
Fluid Technology International Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and organized Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks including:
- Communication & Coordination: Answering phones, managing emails, and scheduling meetings.
- Office Management: Maintaining filing systems and ensuring a functional office environment.
- Document Management: Preparing documents and managing paperwork.
- Calendar & Scheduling: Coordinating calendars and making travel arrangements.
- Support for Staff: Assisting with project management tasks.
- Other Duties: Greeting visitors and assisting with event planning.
