Job Description: The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in electrical and electronics work, including design and maintenance strategies. Responsibilities include routine maintenance, quick response to equipment faults, and managing MEP systems including HVAC compressors and fire alarms. Candidates should effectively control maintenance tools and inventory while monitoring costs and enhancing safety policies.
