Job Description
Maxitech Pharma (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a Manager Quality Operations for our manufacturing facility in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Responsibilities include leading QC and Microbiology operations, ensuring GMP compliance, managing supplier quality systems, and fostering a quality-focused culture among QA/QC teams. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain inspection readiness for regulatory compliance.
A Pharm-D degree and M. Phil in a relevant field are preferred, alongside a proven track record in a regulated environment.
