Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day production operations ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Monitor and improve production efficiency.
- Implement GMP and ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety.
- Coordinate with quality control, maintenance, and supply chain teams.
- Maintain production records and generate reports.
- Supervise and train production staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Food Science or Food Technology.
- Minimum 4 years in FMCG production.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards.
- Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,00 – Rs110,00 per month
