Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Student Counsellor to join our counselling team at The Uni Grad. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, guiding students on educational programs, and assisting them through the admissions process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students.
- Provide accurate information on courses and admission requirements.
- Counsel students for informed choices.
- Encourage student enrollment through follow-ups.
- Maintain a database of inquiries.
