Job Description
Join Horyzon Zero Service as an International Customer Support Representative! You will be the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, or chat, taking orders, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues with exceptional service.
Candidate Must Have:
- Exceptional English communication skills and a passion for helping others.
- Minimum O Level/A Level or Intermediate qualification.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in customer service preferred.
