Job Description
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our US campaign at The Development Generation.
Your responsibilities include identifying customer needs, researching issues, and providing solutions via phone. Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone demeanor are essential.
Requirements: Excellent communication, strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and NIC required.
Shift Timings: Evening: 6:00 PM – 12:30 AM; Night: 12:30 AM – 7:00 AM.
Pay: Rs25,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month.
