Job Description
In this full-time role, you will compile customer data, manage the loyalty card process, and activate cards for our valued customers. Your daily tasks include making feedback calls, sharing information on new products, and addressing customer queries while coordinating with different departments.
We seek candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of CRM experience. Proficiency in POS software and Microsoft Office, along with excellent communication and a strong focus on customer service, are essential!
