CrecenTech is seeking a dedicated International Customer Support Specialist for a calling-based role. You will communicate with international clients over the phone, resolve issues, and ensure a professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing support calls to/from international customers
• Provide quick and accurate solutions to client issues
• Maintain a polite and professional tone
• Record call information and escalate complex issues

Requirements:

• Previous experience with international clients preferred
• Clear communication skills
• Willingness to work night or flexible shifts
