Job Description
AAM Feast is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Guest Relations Officer (GRO) to enhance our guests’ experience. The GRO will be responsible for ensuring excellent service, managing inquiries, and maintaining positive relations from arrival to departure.
Key responsibilities include greeting guests, managing reservations, handling complaints, and coordinating with staff for timely service. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), proven customer service experience, and excellent communication skills.
We offer a competitive salary of Rs20,00.00 – Rs30,00.00 per month, performance incentives, meal allowances, and growth opportunities.
